We firmly believe in, and stand behind, our products 100%. We also understand that they cannot work perfectly for everyone all of the time.
Refunds
To Request a Refund
If requesting a refund, please meet the following refund policy conditions:
Timeframe. Requests for refunds must be within thirty (30) days of the purchase.
Non-refundable products. Shipped merchandise is non-refundable, non-returnable and non-exchangeable unless it meets the Returns criteria (below). Videos, digital downloads, online products and online courses are non-refundable, non-returnable and non-exchangeable.
Refund Process. Refunds eligible under the Refund Policy will typically be processed by us within twenty-four (24) hours; this may take several days or weeks to be reflected on your respective bank/credit card statement.
How to request a refund. Please contact us for support and how to request a refund; make sure our emails are not blocked by [any] spam filters on email applications.
NOTE: Do not contact your bank or credit card company for a refund, for a couple of reasons: it will take longer and they may charge you a processing fee.
Returns
To Request a Return
Products Authorized For Return:
- Products shipped in error by us
- Products damaged in shipping
- Defective products
Products Not Authorized For Return:
- Flash drives, videos, digital downloads and online products including all courses
- Customized products and special orders that meet customer approved specifications/artwork
- Policies and Procedures Manuals
- Products that have been opened and partially used
- Products that have been damaged during return shipping
- Reference products that show evidence of duplication
To Request a Return
Please contact us to obtain a RA (Return Authorization) number. We cannot guarantee credit if a product is returned without a RA number.
