  • Products damaged in shipping

Products Not Authorized For Return/Refunds:

  • Refund Policy for Digital/Electronic Merchandise & Subscriptions: Please note that all digital and electronic products, as well as subscriptions, are strictly non-refundable and cannot be returned. This includes Policies and Procedures Manuals.
  • Flash drives, videos, digital downloads and online products including all courses
  • Products that have been opened and partially used
  • Products that have been damaged during return shipping

To Request a Return

Please contact us to obtain a RA (Return Authorization) number. We cannot guarantee credit if a product is returned without a RA number.
