We firmly believe in, and stand behind, our products 100%. We also understand that they cannot work perfectly for everyone all of the time.
NOTE: Do not contact your bank or credit card company for a refund, for a couple of reasons: it will take longer and they may charge you a processing fee.

Products Authorized For Return/Refunds:
- Products shipped in error by us
- Products damaged in shipping
Products Not Authorized For Return/Refunds:
- Refund Policy for Digital/Electronic Merchandise & Subscriptions: Please note that all digital and electronic products, as well as subscriptions, are strictly non-refundable and cannot be returned. This includes Policies and Procedures Manuals.
- Flash drives, videos, digital downloads and online products including all courses
- Products that have been opened and partially used
- Products that have been damaged during return shipping
To Request a Return
Please contact us to obtain a RA (Return Authorization) number. We cannot guarantee credit if a product is returned without a RA number.
