13. Understand that, until the Agency is provided a copy or signed order of an Advance Directive, the Agency
cannot accept directions from the advocate or otherwise follow such directives.
14. Provide medication, equipment, or supplies that have been prescribed for you by others, unless this agency is
required to provide.
15. Keep your home care folder in a safe, private, accessible place in your residence, as portions may be needed to
assist in the provision of quality care.
