How long is my membership valid?

Membership is good for life; there is nothing to renew, ever.

I’m not a Member – how can I join?

You can sign up for the membership here: Join Us.

Easy to follow instructions simply require you to create an ID and Password.

We’d love for you to join thousands of other home health aides.

How long does it take for a membership to become active?

Members who join online are automatically activated.

What are the benefits of being a member?

Members of HomeHealthAideGuide.com can count on resources from the #1 website dedicated to helping those who wish to become a home health aide (HHA) and those who are currently in the field.

There are sample HHA practice test (hundreds of questions with answers!), study guide, database of state requirements, exclusive articles and downloads, interview guides, and much more.

Why is no one answering my questions? I keep sending emails!!

We get this many times and it seems as though it’s getting worse… many times emails FROM us get classified as junk or spam when they get to you. This means you will not “see” the email as they are in another folder or section of you email account.

Most often they are in a folder by the name of SPAM. If that’s the case, when you see that email please mark it as “not spam” or mark it safe.

What forms of payment do you accept?

We accept any credit or debit card with a MasterCard, Visa, Discover Network, American Express, or Diners Club International logo.

We also accept payment through PayPal and Stripe, well-known, trusted, and secure ways to make payments over the Internet

Is it safe to use my credit card on your website?

Your payment information is transferred over an encrypted checkout page, this insures that it cannot be decrypted during transmission. No credit card information or personal information is on file.

I signed-up to be a Member. What’s next?

You should immediately (well, perhaps a couple of minutes) receive an email with detailed instructions on how to sign in.

If you do not receive an email, please ** check your spam folder ** as it may be held up there.

Nothing there? Please let us know right away and another will be sent – we’ll jump on it and make sure you’re taken care of

How can I log on as a Member?

If you have already joined as a Member, you can log on here: Membership login.

How do I access the members-only area of the website?

Go to the Member Resources page for more information.

If you are not already logged in you’ll be required to do so.

How can I reset my password?

Not a problem.

Go to Password Reset.

You will receive a link to reset your password in your email. Don’t forget to check your spam if you don’t receive an email within 15 minutes!

Where can I find the Member benefits (e.g. practice tests, HHA Study Guide, downloads, etc.)?

That’s the whole point of being a Member – so you can get tons of benefits!
