The individual member remains solely responsible for the content of their messages, and as a potential poster, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless ass and their agents and employee’s with respect to any claim based upon transmission of your message(s). Any member whom feels that a posted message is objectionable is encouraged to contact us immediately by email.
We have the ability to remove objectionable messages and we will make every effort to do so, within a reasonable time frame, if we determine that removal is necessary. This is a manual process so please realize that we may not be able to remove or edit particular messages immediately.
Be tolerant, understanding and respectful of other people’s point of view. If you strongly disagree or are upset over somebody’s posting, simply respond by stating your point of view. Do not criticize, censure or ridicule others for their beliefs, opinions or views. Please also take into account the difficulty many people have in expressing their precise feelings and emotions in a written message.
Explicit language will not be tolerated and will be evaluated, by our staff, for content & could result in membership revocation after one warning.
Politics, Religion, Race and Sexual Orientation will not be allowed as threads/posts topics since they always result in flame wars.
You agree, through your use of this service, that you will not use as to post any material which is knowingly false and/or defamatory, inaccurate, abusive, vulgar, hateful, harassing, obscene, profane, racial, sexually oriented, threatening, invasive of a person’s privacy, or otherwise a violation of any law.
The following is not allowed: calling people names, swearing at people, following people around on various threads to purposefully bother or harass them, sending them Private Messages when they tell you not to, threatening people or just directly provoking or baiting people just for the purpose of getting a negative reaction is not allowed.
Any word used in a derogatory fashion against somebody constitutes a personal attack and will be treated that way.
We expect posters here to respect each other, even if they disagree and dislike each other, so please keep personal disputes off our forums.

Although we do not and cannot review the messages prior to being posted and are not responsible for the content of any of these messages, we reserve the right to delete any message for any reason whatsoever. HomeHealthAideGuide.com reserves the right to reveal a member’s identity, or whatever information we know about that member, including a member’s IP number, in the event of a complaint or legal action arising from any message posted by that member. Information shared publicly by the users here, should not to be used for mass mailings and we will not share your information with any outside agency except due to legal action. See previous rule.
Postings made which are deemed advertising and may be removed without recourse. Please note that advertisements, chain letters, pyramid schemes, and solicitations are inappropriate on these forums and may be deleted immediately with no further explanation.

At the time of checkout, you acknowledge and agree that none of our products, unless explicitly stated otherwise, will include physical printed versions or audio disks. Our offerings consist exclusively of digital downloads and online products.
This arrangement grants you immediate access to the latest 2024 materials online at any time, while also allowing us to keep product costs low.
Please note that any images depicting books and CDs are used solely for marketing purposes to represent the materials. In cases where we offer physical products, such as the home health aide pin and/or stickers, these items will be shipped to the address provided during checkout at no additional cost.
Returns/Refunds
We firmly believe in, and stand behind, our products 100%. We also understand that they cannot work perfectly for everyone all of the time.
NOTE: Do not contact your bank or credit card company for a refund, for a couple of reasons: it will take longer and they may charge you a processing fee.

- Products that have been opened and partially used
- Products that have been damaged during return shipping
To Request a Return/Refund
Please contact us to obtain a RA (Return Authorization) number. We cannot guarantee credit if a product is returned without a RA number.
